In consultation with you, I will prepare an application for the registration of a trademark or design. For example, if you want to register a trademark for a product, we will first discuss what the product is for and which products you may want to market under the same trademark in the future. Next, I will translate that into a classification of the trademark. The process of classification is extremely important. It is not possible to add classes after registration. Consider that a trademark may remain protected indefinitely!
If a competitor wants to have your trademark registration canceled, I will of course be happy to advise how to deal with that. Conversely, if you believe that a competitor's trademark registration is unjustified, we will examine the options for canceling that trademark (in opposition or through the courts).

- Trademark: €695 for an application in Benelux. This includes service costs, registration fees for 1 class and a short availability research. Additional costs per additional class or extensive research are available on request.
